Shipping policy

1. Rates
- France, Spain, Germany, United States, Canada: €3.99, free shipping on orders over €70 (or the equivalent in your currency).
- The exact shipping cost is shown before you confirm your order.
2. Delivery times
Total delivery times from the order date (processing included):
- France, Spain, Germany: 15 to 22 business days (about 3 to 4 weeks);
- United States, Canada: 18 to 25 business days (about 4 to 5 weeks).
Our products are shipped directly from our partner supplier's warehouse abroad, which explains these times. Velunora remains your single point of contact. During the holiday season, please order early: we cannot guarantee delivery before a specific date.
3. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to activate.
4. Address and parcels
Please check your address carefully at checkout: it cannot be changed once the order has shipped. If your parcel is lost or damaged, or an item does not match your order, contact us at contact@velunora.fr with your order number and we will find a solution (reshipment or refund).
If delivery does not take place within the stated time, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel the order and receive a full refund.
5. Customs duties and taxes
European Union (France, Spain, Germany): no additional charges are normally requested on delivery. If a carrier asks you for any fees, please contact us before paying.
United States and Canada: customs duties or import taxes may be charged by local authorities on delivery. They are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
